Ab rollers wheel kit review

     My husband bought this workout set from EnterSports store in Amazone for $23.97 last week, and I want to leave some comments for home gym seekers. 

 

     First, it is designed for indoor exercise and enhance the abdominal core muscle strengh. My husband uses it evenings, and whenever he does, he sweats a lot!  It has knee pads which protects his knee joints from injury and hurting. The weight of pads and roller is extraordinary light, therefore our kids can carry and workout for fun. 

 

     Second, ab roller wheel kit includes 2 sets of push up bars for arm muscle training. I tried to use the bars but failed to push up, I guess I still need more arm muscle strength to push my own weight. (I usually walk fast, but not enjoy work out muscle strength. ) He exercises push ups with this ab roller kit, 15 times three sets, and it seems nice. This push up bars are also very light-weighted. 

 

     For whoever wants to serach for home work out kits, I recommend this ab roller wheel. It does not harm kids within the house, and a reat way to exercise at home.
